Agreement

By purchasing or using any product from AI Starter Package (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at aistarterpackage.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for:

• Personal use: Install and use on your own machines and projects.
• Commercial use: Use within your own business to build products and automate workflows.

You may not resell, sublicense, share access credentials, or redistribute the products — in whole or in part — to third parties without written permission.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing any digital product (Starter, Pro, Lifetime, add-ons, or bundles), you agree that all sales are final. For questions, email support@aistarterpackage.com within 30 days of your purchase date. We will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Managed agent subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds for monthly subscriptions are prorated to unused days.

Intellectual Property

All content, skills, agent definitions, guides, templates, and source code included in AI Starter Package products remain the intellectual property of AI Starter Package. Your license grants you the right to use these materials; it does not transfer ownership. Trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One license key is valid for one individual user. Team licenses must be purchased separately.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Managed Agent Services

Managed agent subscriptions are billed monthly. Service is provided on a best-effort basis with uptime targets defined at time of onboarding. We reserve the right to modify service specifications with 30 days notice. You retain ownership of data processed by agents deployed on your infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. AI-generated content produced using our tools is your responsibility to review before use. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes or results from using our products.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
